Business Development Manager (Northern Region) - Energetic Workplace

To support the Head of Regional Business in achieving the company's mission statement of making Kenanga Investors Berhad a preffered, leading and recognised wealth management company in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• To promote and market Kenanga Investors Berhad's Investment Management Solutions to our distributors with the objective of increasing the company sales and revenue and ultimately enhancing the company's market share in the industry.
• To expand our investment management services to the retail mass affluent, institutional clients, and our distributors (namely advisors).
• To plan, manage and coordinate all sales related activities.
• To carry out sales presentations to acquire new customer bases either directly or via our distributors.
•  To facilitate the distributors in joint field work with potential clients to promote our investment management services.
• To train the new recruits in areas of CUTE & CPRE pre-exam class and product training.
• To train all new recruits / advisers with Onboarding Programme.
• To maintain a high standard of professional ethics in all aspect of sales and marketing activities.
• To expand on number of active agency force.
• To assist the Head of Regional Business in designing sales campaign, generate new sales idea and marketing plans.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/economics/business admin, CFP or equivalent qualification.
• 4 - 5 years' prior industry related business development experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge in investment products.
• Focused and goal-oriented.
