BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Room for Advancement

Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, evaluate, and pursue business development opportunities that will contribute to the organization’s short and long-term business goals.
• Manage complex, large, or difficult market research or analysis projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations to senior management about the viability of alternative opportunities.
• Develop and drive portfolio strategy in collaboration with the local market to expand and protect market share, optimize pricing strategy, and build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Develop the positioning, pricing, and marketing strategy for new products, and working closely with the global and local to deliver new product launch forecast.
• Responsible for keeping commitments in a timely manner and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Accounting and Finance, Business Admin or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role.
• Adequate experience in sales and operational related matters.
• Business management skills with expertise knowledge of business, its key drivers and industry trends
• Solid knowledge in corporate, commercial and investment banking products and services
• strong customer service and relationship building skill
