Job Description
- Involve in projects and sales in HVAC, ACMV, FMCS, Cleanroom, BMS, BAS, EMS Instrumentation, Sensors, Heaters, Controls.
- Target market - Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Electronics, Solar Panel, Hospitals, Food, Automation.
- To strategize and plan core product marketing and development. Translate business strategy into product strategy.
- Provide insight to Senior Management on the product and market.
- Identify vertical and horizontal market analysis and build market penetration strategy.
- Product competition research and analysis for price points, engineering and technical differences.
- Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations.
- Find and maintain prospective clients and provide general technical support to clients.
- Managing and responsible for sales, business development, projects and solutions for one of our key products.
- Experience in project work and able to convert new potential client lead.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent.
- Min 2 -3 years’ experience in our Automation, Electrical & Electronics industry.
- Preferable someone with focused on HVAC, Heaters, Sensors, PLC, Automation industry-related products will be an added advantage.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager or similar capacity.
- Able to give business development ideas/plans of the product portfolio.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication and negotiation skills and ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills.
- This is an onsite role and must be able to travel.
