Business Development Manager - SME Deposit - Hiring Immediately

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies, plan and integrated monitoring mechanism.
• Keep track of business/sales performance.
• Prepare data analytic and statistic report on daily, weekly and monthly basis for superior and Management.
• Assist to the SME sales team to ensure internal/external customers are satisfied.
• Support SME sales team on operational matters related to banking services.
• Actively involved in process improvement, change culture and quality service delivery across the Department / Division.
• Maintain CASA with Monthly average balance and to stable monthly average balance of cliental.
• Conduct briefing/ training for HQ and regions to ensure effective communication plan.
• Source New to bank CASA from various industries, GLC, association, local council.
• Assist other sales personnel should there be any system issues encountered and act as an intermediary between the Business team and Technology team.
• Responsible for ad hoc task including special presentations, reports and other ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior / management.
• Lead management to ensure conversion.
• CASA KPI on MAB on NTB/ETB.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Accounting and Finance, Business Admin or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking industry.
• Adequate experience in sales and operational related matters.
• Business management skills with expertise knowledge of business, its key drivers and industry trends
• Solid knowledge in corporate, commercial and investment banking products and services
• strong customer service and relationship building skills
