Job Description
- Carry out effective business development plans set in line with Company’s business strategies to achieve revenue growth.
- Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
- Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
- Develop, identify, establish and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers.
- Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out service demonstrations.
- Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information.
- Working closely with other teams to develop new business.
- Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
- Able to secure meeting appointment, prepare sales proposal and conduct company presentation and introduce company products.
- Coordinate with other relevant technical departments to provide the best proposal for customers.
- Follow-up customer inquiries and to provide suitable solutions, ideas and feedback to customer promptly.
- Continuously to learn and able to achieve sales targets.
- Responsible for all messages in the messaging apps and email co-respondence.
- Undertake other assigned tasks as required.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma
- Prefer minimum 2 years Business Development / Sales experiences in Interiors Design/Construction/Property Industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Must have own transport
