Business Intelligence (English and Mandarin Language Support)

The Responsibilities of the Role:

• Be responsible for the operation and maintenance support, fault diagnosis and problem handling of the data platform.
• Be responsible for the inspection of data platform operations, as well as the diagnosis and repair of monitoring issues.
• Use automated and intelligent methods to solve problems in the operation and maintenance of the data platform.
• Be responsible for users communicating with Global Mobile Data Platform, addressing the issues raised on a daily basis, including but not limited to operational and data-related problem.

Skill Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer Science or related; Fresh graduates are also considering.
• Familiar with Azure big data technology stack.
• Familiar with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, SQL DW/Synapse, experience in monitoring SQL stored procedures Proficient in ETL/ELT processes.
