Business Intelligence Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Executive to support data reporting, dashboard development, and performance analysis within our operations team. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to transform data into actionable insights, particularly in a BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and enhance periodic reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Work with large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets and Power BI to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data integrity across multiple sources.
  
• Develop and improve dashboards (Power BI / Google Data Studio) to visualize key operational metrics such as CSAT, AHT, SLA, and agent performance.
  
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions and operational improvements.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful outputs.
  
• Support automation initiatives using tools such as Google Apps Script, Excel automation, or basic scripting to improve reporting efficiency.
  
• Assist in preparing client-facing reports and presentations when required.
  

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Data Analytics, IT, Business, or a related field.
  
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to stakeholders.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
  
• Basic knowledge of SQL or working with databases.
  
• Exposure to automation tools such as Google Apps Script or VBA.
  
• Experience handling BPO or customer service performance data is an added advantage.
  
• Ability to interpret data and provide recommendations, not just reporting
  

Working days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Salary: Fresh graduate - RM 2,500–RM 2,800
           Experience: RM 3500 - RM 3800
