We are looking out for a Business Intelligence Senior Analyst. Your role will focus on enhancing our regional team's analytics capabilities to drive data-informed decision-making processes.

Responsibilities：

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting and analyses with local team.
• Optimize data collection techniques for streamlined analysis.
• Use statistical methods to identify operational improvements.
• Share insights effectively via BI reporting and process automation.
• Participate in ideation workshops to understand business needs.
• Identify automation opportunities to simplify business processes.
• Conduct regular data quality controls to maintain accuracy.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of business and data analysis experience.
• Proficiency in PowerBI and SQL is essential.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Fluency in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparties.
