Business Manager (Dialysis) - Rapid Progression

Role Summary:

• Manage key accounts & explore new business opportunities for PD business.
• Promote and sell medical equipment and consumable products to customers
• Professional service and support to patients, customers and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical equipment, consumable products to government, private and NGO sectors, able to develop long term business relationship with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, customers, markets and potential products.
• Generate revenue, reduce expenses aiming to increase profit for the assigned accounts and territory.
• Responsible to provide a professional & well-mannered service, establishing and maintaining a good & healthy business relationship with customers/patients/clients.
• Work closely with other departments eg. marketing, clinical, supply chain, customer service to achieve set objectives.
• Initiate, coordinate and execute funding applications for patients.
• Organize/coordinate events/talks/seminars to customers / patients / clients.
• Regularly gather market insights and competitors’ activities.
• Responsible for tenders and ensuring our response is professional and attractive.
• Provide reports to the Business Manager on all your field activities.
• Attend business reviews on periodical basis to review accounts & territory performance.
• Manage other administrative tasks that will be assigned based on the business and department needs from time to time (inventory, database, competitor analysis among other key tasks).
• Any other tasks as deemed required.

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business, Marketing, Medical Science, Nursing and Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Biotechnology or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in medical equipment or pharmaceutical industry with proven track of people management experience.
• A proven record of success in a strategic business/key accounts management.
• Exposure to the public and/or private healthcare and hospital system in Malaysia is an advantage.
• Must be entrepreneurial, highly motivated, results orientated, commercially adept, articulate, confident and possesses pleasant personality.
• Good command of English Language and Bahasa Malaysia, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently with enthusiasm, positive attitude, possess initiative, reliable and responsible.
• Role is to be based in Central. Must possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
• Fluent with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
