Business Operation Analyst

Job Scope:

Channel PSI Data Management

• Conduct detailed channel PSI (Purchasing, Sales, Inventory) analysis
• Forecast sell-in trends by collecting retail data, marketing information, sales progress, and product availability data
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency
• Develop and enhance dashboards to track and visualize key metrics

Cross-functional Communication

• Bridge the planning and execution phases through weekly communication with sales teams, operations, and other SCM team members

Business Planning Analysis and Reporting

• Provide weekly or ad-hoc business planning analysis and reporting, including analysis of WOS levels.
• Create and maintain dashboards to support real-time reporting and visualization of business metrics

Support Management Decision-Making

• Support management in decision-making with detailed data analyses and insights

Sales Forecast Accuracy

• Analyze sales forecast accuracy KPIs (results and trends) by product, channel, and account
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor forecast accuracy and performance metrics

Insights Provision

• Utilize data analysis skills to provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies and operational efficiency
• Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or equivalent.
•  At least 6 year (s) of work experience in data collection and analysis, preferably in sales operations
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and Macro capabilities
• Candidate with sales experience in consumer electronics industry would be added advantage.
• Strong skills in data visualization and report in Excel
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Ability to provide actionable insights derived from data analysis
