About the Role

We are looking for a Business Operations Senior Executive/Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur reporting to Country Manager Malaysia. This role is ideal for someone with basic bookkeeping knowledge and strong organizational skills, who enjoys working closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will be responsible for managing payables, tracking business expenses, performing bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, while supporting the General Manager (GM) in operational and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor payables and ensure timely invoice processing and payments
  • Track, record, and reconcile business expenses for reporting and analysis
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Maintain organized bookkeeping and documentation for audits and reporting
  • Support the Country Manager with operational and administrative tasks
  • Assist in expense summaries, reporting, and tracking cash flow
  • Ensure smooth office operations by coordinating with vendors and internal teams
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, expenses management, or similar roles
  • Hands-on knowledge of payables, expenses, and bank reconciliation
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and tracking
  • Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
