We are seeking a talented Business Sales and Operations Manager to join our
innovative team and take charge of both the strategic sales initiatives and efficient operations of our company.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales, operations and customer support team to achieve individual and collective goals
- Provide leadership and support to create a positive and collaborative work
environment - Oversee day-to-day operations, including transaction processing, customer
support, compliance, and risk management - Foster strong and close relationships with clients, identify new business
opportunities, and negotiate contracts - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed
revenue targets and customer base - Define and execute operational strategies through effective policies,
procedures and control to support the company’s growth objectives and
enhance efficiency - Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance
- Identify current and future operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline processes and improve productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational and activities with business goals
- Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure quality and cost- effective services
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies
accordingly
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in the
Internet/Software industry or Fintech - Well versed with digital tools such as CRM, helpdesk, knowledge base and
sales automation platforms - Solid foundational knowledge in financial skills and business acumen to grasp profitability when identifying opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with high proficiency in
English (written & spoken) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-driven
decision-making - Self-motivated individual with passion for operational excellence and business growth
- Good time management skills & sensitive to the timelines
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
