Sales Planning & Activities
- To identify business opportunities and acquire new-to-bank SME customers in delivering KPIs of SME Deposits, JoyatWork and other primary cross-sell banking products and solutions
- To secure appointments and make effective client presentations for acquisitions
- To manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new client and its employees
- To manage portfolio of NTB clients with vintage up to 6 months
- To provide timely analysis of competitor offerings and services, to keep management apprised of the market practice
- To execute business plan for SME Deposit acquiring plan for new SME account & JoyatWork.
- Actively drive for SME deposits, identify business opportunities and ensure targets allocated are met.
- To prepare sales report for Team Lead and HQ Sales team.
- To build and maintain relationship with customers in particular with the Decision Maker and Top Head Management.
- To handle customer complaints and queries. SME Deposits relationships task and JoyatWork is priority.
- Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
Operations & Compliance
- Adhere to audit, risk and compliance standards & policies set by the Bank
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing preferable with SME and payroll sales experience
- Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Able to work well with a team and external parties
- Result oriented with ability to lead a team to meet business targets
