We are searching for a capable Business Support Admin (Fresh grad accepted, near LRT) to join our diverse team at Agensi Pekerjaan ASK Resources Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur.

Contract duration: 6 months

What you'll be doing:

  • Team Player: You'll work with different teams (CSD and brokers) to help get new business deals and renewals completed quickly and efficiently.
  • Helping the Sales Team: You'll assist the sales team by answering questions from brokers about new deals and renewals.
  • Answering Questions: You'll handle general inquiries and any issues that come up from emails, phone calls, etc.
  • Keeping Track of Applications: You'll monitor a system to make sure new business applications and renewals are completed on time. 
     

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Data Detective: Sometimes you might need to contact clients or brokers to get information needed for regulations (like legal requirements).
  • Helping Your Teammates: You might get the chance to help your colleagues learn the ropes and become more skilled at their jobs.
  • Following the Rules: You'll make sure all the sales activities follow the company's rules and regulations, and are done ethically (fairly and honestly).
  • Information Hub: You'll be responsible for responding to questions from colleagues inside or outside the company, quickly and accurately.

Summary: You'll be a business assistant who helps ensure deals are completed smoothly, supports the sales team, helps answer questions, and makes sure everything follows the company's rules.

Job Requirement:

  • Education – Diploma or certificates in any fields of study.
  • Experience – Fresh graduates or with 1-2 year working experience, definitely will be considered.
  • Good communication skills – Well conversed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good computer skills, preferably in Excel and systems.
  • Good problem solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated, passionate, resourceful, proactive, result driven, and ability to work in a stressful and challenging environment.

 

Salary range: RM2,200 – RM3,000
