Business Support Analyst - with Great Benefits

Job Scope:

1. System custodian for Samsung Customer Service to monitor and manage the set up and maintenance including the security access of system and perform the following checking and reports for issues and improvement areas to enhance the system and processes.

•  User ID creation/maintenance
• User access authority control
• System Logic checking
• Abnormal activity detection and analysis
• New feature testing
• Request/feedback any issue via ticketing system to HQ.
• Training and knowledge support
• Process Improvement Proposal
• Warranty Registration

2. KPI Management custodian to manage and reports to management on the following KPIs progress and analysis reports.

• Customer Service KPIs report and analysis
• Abnormal activity detection report and analysis
• Service centers evaluation/incentive report
• Quarterly/Monthly incentive reports
• Performance Analysis and Proposal
• Retention Sales Report

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent technical problem solving and interpersonal skills. 
• Number driven person, with strong in MS Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure. 
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, proven track record of delivering quality results.

*1 year renewable contract position available.
