Penerangan Pekerjaan - Business Support Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented, meticulous, organised and proactive team player to join the Administration stream (“BST Admin”), one of the functional teams within the Business Support Team (“BST”) of Forvis Mazars Singapore


BST Admin support the internal operational processes of the Outsourcing division of Forvis Mazars Singapore, which includes Accounting, Corporate Secretarial and Payroll services. The team works closely with internal stakeholders and collaborates with Forvis Mazars offices across the region and globally to support the delivery of services to multinational clients with a presence in Singapore.


As the central coordination and administrative support function for the Outsourcing division, BST Admin manages key operational processes including client onboarding support, engagement administration, invoicing coordination and internal data management, ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.


This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.


Key Roles & Responsibilities



  • Provide administrative and operational support to the BST in handling documentation and internal processes.

  • Support the Business Unit’s monthly invoicing process, including coordinating billing information with clients and engagement teams.

  • Prepare and draft Letters of Engagement and other engagement-related documentation for the Outsourcing division.

  • Maintain and update the client and engagement database in NetSuite, including but not limited to creating prospects, opportunities, client profiles and engagements, and ensuring the accuracy of records.

  • Coordinate and support the administration of internal training programs, including scheduling sessions, maintaining participant lists and managing training materials.

  • Maintain training records and documentation, and communicate with trainers and participants on training arrangements, including reminders and schedule updates.

  • Coordinate any changes to training schedules, including checking venue availability and updating the training plan.

  • Work closely with the team to ensure all supporting documents and administrative records are properly maintained, updated and accessible.

  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks or matters assigned by the Superior.


Job Requirement



  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience would be preferred.

  • ·Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Meticulous and conscientious with strong attention to detail.

  • Able to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new software applications and systems (e.g. NetSuite, SharePoint).

  • Well-organised with a structured approach to work.

  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.

  • Positive attitude, people-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
