We are seeking a detail-oriented, meticulous, organised and proactive team player to join the Administration stream (“BST Admin”), one of the functional teams within the Business Support Team (“BST”) of Forvis Mazars Singapore
BST Admin support the internal operational processes of the Outsourcing division of Forvis Mazars Singapore, which includes Accounting, Corporate Secretarial and Payroll services. The team works closely with internal stakeholders and collaborates with Forvis Mazars offices across the region and globally to support the delivery of services to multinational clients with a presence in Singapore.
As the central coordination and administrative support function for the Outsourcing division, BST Admin manages key operational processes including client onboarding support, engagement administration, invoicing coordination and internal data management, ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
