Business Transformation Manager

How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a strategic thinker who can drive change and innovation. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You'll need to be able to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and implement them effectively. You'll also need to be able to communicate complex ideas simply and persuasively.
What you do
- Apply structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, Agile, PMP, and Design Thinking) to lead end-to-end, cross-functional business transformation initiatives, identify and execute opportunities for process simplification, automation, and operating model enhancement.
- Drive business value by prioritising high‑impact AI, analytics, automation, and digital solutions, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to responsibly deliver scalable solutions that translate business needs into data‑driven decisions.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate complex ideas simply and persuasively to stakeholders
Who you are
- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong leadership and project management skills
