Buyer - Continuous Learning Opportunities

We are a leading multinational corporation, seeking a diligent and strategic Buyer to join our team. This role is critical to our operations, requiring a professional who is adept at managing the daily purchasing requirements with precision and strategic foresight.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize, organize, and manage the issuance of Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring timely tracking of delivery and shipment schedules.
• Conduct thorough inventory planning to maintain adequate stock levels at all times.
• Ensure meticulous order planning to optimize procurement efficiency, focusing on Order Management & Planning.
• Display a willingness to undertake additional ad-hoc duties as required to support the procurement team and operations.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office is a must, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is highly desirable.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidates should be willing to work in Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Taiwanese Industrial Park, Port Klang.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing or with equivalent experience.
