Buyer / Purchashing - Executive

Job Responsibilities :-

Candidate must willing to work in Port Klang Selangor

Looking for candidates who has knowledge, skills and ability for below requirement :-

• Follow Material Requirement Planning (MRP) demand lead time to release Purchase order
• Tracking vendors material preparation, production, and shipment status to ensure the ordered materials are delivered to company warehouse in time
• Provide the invoice to financial request on time to ensure that the accounts payable was paid to the vendor as scheduled
• Deal with vendor about the return and exchange matters on time, to ensure company benefit
• Excess review and elimination
• Add hoc task as per management requirement

Job Requirements :-

• Candidate must posses at least Diploma / Bachelor Degree / Master in Business Administration, Supply Chain and Logistic
• Able to work with minimum supervision and Multitasking
• Fresh graduates may to apply
• Good communication skills and negotiating
• Able to speak, read, and write in English & Malay. Mandarin speaker is added advantage
• Must willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor
