Penerangan Pekerjaan - C# Technical Support Engineer (L1 - L3) - Rapid Progression

We are seeking a versatile C# Technical Support Engineer (L1 - L3) to join our collaborative team at BUSONLINETICKET SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur.

You will play an important role in:


1. Acting as the Level 1-3 Support, and required to perform bug fixes and patching on the escalated issue reported.
2. Assist in monitoring all APIs, systems and application database are up and running smoothly without any issue.
3. Liaising with internal groups to resolve urgent or escalated issues when needed.
4. Tracking reported issues on JIRA and document down the incident reports.
5. Investigating and escalating, and documenting down issues based on detailed knowledge and understanding of our software applications.
6. Working on non-business hours in case emergency or urgent issue raised.
7. Assisting with documentation reviews and Quality Assurance (QA) testing as needed.
8. Participating on application software development, work closely with development team and business users to ensure application performance.

To be succesful in this role, you will need to have:


1. At least 1-2 years of Level 3 support work experience.
2. Have basic knowledge in programming languages of Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, RESTful Web API, MySQL, C# .Net.
3. Have knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations.
4. Have knowledge in web hosting, networking, security and cloud knowledge would be added advantage.
5. Excellent troubleshooting skills would be an added advantage.
6. Meticulous attention to detail when diagnosing issues and documenting solutions.
7. Ability to take ownership of issues, drive them to resolution, and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
