Campaign Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

Active involvement in sales marketing activities, campaigns, customer or sales force focus groups during product/campaign development process Generate idea for sales & customer campaign, propose campaign mechanism, strategy to support business targets and priorities

Provide periodic tracking and reports of the campaigns, and analysis of the campaign response & result for improvement. Includes gathering feedbacks from ground and stakeholder, and identify solutions.

Incharge of sourcing & procurement activities including market research, pricingparison, dealing & maintain good working relationship with partners/ vendors & ensure fulfilmentpletion by closure of campaign.

Assist to prepare marketing collaterals and ensure it distributed to partners. Such as promotional video/ EDMs, print & distribute printing material to relevant parties.

Support in customer campaigns, sales staff campaigns, events, training events, ensuring they are implemented/ fulfilled according to agreed timeline.

Ensure campaign marketing activities adhere to relevant guidelines and policies; spending/ expenses does not exceed allowable budget.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing ormunication is preferred, open to others too.

2-3 years' related job experience strongly preferred.

Campaign and event management andmunications skills are essential.

Ability to handle a variety of campaign administrative tasks efficiently and independently.

Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Knowledge in insurance, bancassurance sales.
