Car Park Supervisor / Operation Assistant

• Responsible for managing the overall car park operations.
• Monitor daily car park operation / activities at car park including traffic and crowd movements and operate the car park system equipment.
• Ensure all car park equipment and parking area run smoothly.
• Carry out patrol duties at car park area and resolve problem where it arises.
• Check from time to time parking area to ensure smooth entry and exit of vehicles.
• Help security to control the traffic to avoid any congestion in the parking area if necessary.
• Carry out daily check on condition of car park system equipment (barriers, intercoms cashless machines, handheld, etc.). Ensure the car park system equipment is in good condition and functioning efficiently. Report to supervisor on any malfunction.
• Respond and check immediately to any report on damage to car park equipment, unauthorized access, incident and irregular matters.
• Record in log book on any accident / incident, manual collection, penalty payment, etc.
• Respond to enquiries from and provide assistance to the public.
• Ensure a safe, hazard free, tidy clean and organized parking environment.
• Additional duties related to car park operation shall be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School qualification / Diploma in any field.
• Working experience related to car park operation. Candidate without car park operation experience is also encourage to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Responsible, discipline and independent.
• Good attitude, punctual and possess good time management.
• Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
• Willing to be based at Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur.
• Willing to work on weekends / holidays.
