ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT

POLICIES AND PROCEDURE
1.Adhere to the hospital's policies and nursing code of conduct, ensuring patient confidentiality and standard infection control practices are upheld.
2. Ensure continuous improvement in quality, environmental sustainability, occupational health and safety, and the highest standards of patient care by adhering to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, along with implementing Patient Safety Goals, and maintaining other international and national accreditations.
FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT
1. Assist the trained staff in managing the proper storage, condition, and availability of biomedical equipment in the unit, maintaining a sufficient supply of ward stock, and maintaining accurate records for equipment, medical supplies, and consumable item specimen collections.
SAFETY AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES
1. Participate in new services, comply with 5S activities, patient safety policies, and adherence to ISO, MSQH, JCI, PSG, BFHI and NNA, ensure comply with patient safety goals, and occupational safety measures. 2.Adhere to the Occupational Safety and Health Act and Other Regulations 2022, take reasonable care at work, cooperate with employers, wear proper PPE, and follow all safety and health instructions and measures.
