In this role, you’re expected to:

• Review service quality, production systems, and client reporting within trade operations.
• Provide analytical and administrative support to Product, Operations and Sales around Trade & Working Capital transactions.
• Track & maintain a processing trend for trade processing functions.
• Analyze complex and variable issues to resolve issues and ensure team deliverables meet performance and quality expectations.
• Perform detailed analysis and enable acceleration of trade transactions.
• Support process improvement opportunities and lead the execution of the same.
• Interact with multiple business units internally to navigate through the lifecycle of a transaction.
• Support analysis to Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Data Analytics & Visualization (experienced intermediate level user of Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Powerpoint.  Exposure to Power BI & Tableau a plus)

• Stakeholder Influence & Management

• Strong communication skills (presentation & written work product)

• Client service minded, experience with client tiering analysis and process

• Experience with strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Experience resource, providing guidance and leadership to the trade operations team and working closely with senior management to drive the department's success

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a related role within trade / cash operations management

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
