Job Responsibilities:

• Managing transactions with customers using cash registers / POS system.
• Collecting payments either in cash, credit or QR methods.
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
• Cross-sell products and introduce latest in-store promotions.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information on the service and products.
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
• Providing reports into the day-to-day and monthly performance.
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
  
   

Job Requirement:

• More than one year experience in food & beverage required.
• Proficient in Mandarin will be an advantages.
