CASHIER/CLERK - HARDWARE SHOP

POSITION: CASHIER CLERK (HARDWARE SHOP)

WORK LOCATION: GELANG PATAH, NUSANTARA 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To assist in the daily operational activities of the retail outlet
• Issue bill whether in credit / cash term 
• Collecting payments whether in cash or credit
• Scanning goods and ensuring pricing is accurate
• Issue receipts, refunds, change 
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

Requirement & Skills

• Preferably 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work flexibly in a young & dynamic environment.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia (Proficiency in Chinese will be a plus)
• Required Skill(s): MS Office, MS Excel (Knowledge/Experience with Autocount Acc software is an advantage).
• Able to work as routine 
• Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales.
• Basic PC knowledge.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Good math skills.
