Job Description:
- Responsible for category sales, margin, income, stocks and market shares.
- Prepare weekly, monthly promotion planning & category strategy planning.
- Formulate marketing strategies to sustain & build brand awareness to drive the business growth.
- Responsible for overall brand positioning and manage all product launches & marketing activities.
- Negotiation of trading and promotion items.
- Liaise with other department such as marketing, supply chain, online business on promotion planning and brand building arrangements.
- Establishment and maintenance of productive supplier relationship
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Management or equivalent experiences.
- At least 5 or more years of experiences in product planning, promotion campaign planning and managing brands.
- Experience in retail is an added advantage.
- Strategic Thinker with proven experience of developing and implementing effective and integrated brand plans.
- Good negotiation & communication skills, good commercial sense & analytical skills.
- Team player, positive attitude, multi-tasking and able to handle stress.
