CEO Officer - with Great Benefits

Mediverse is a healthcare company based in Malaysia. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic CEO officer to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence in healthcare delivery. We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to oversee administrative operations within our healthcare company and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will possess strong responsibility, leadership skills, organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Able to travel to Kuchai Lama office, working hours (Mon - Fri) 9am - 6pm and alternate Saturday. 
Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations and related activities.
Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and protocols to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Providing support to medical and sales team. 
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Monitor and evaluate administrative systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Manage budgets, expenses, and financial records related to administrative operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Process, organize and maintain necessary documentation, files, records.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferably healthcare/ IT related. Fresh graduate is welcome.
Strong responsibility and leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and quality improvement.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint applications.
