Ceramic Production Technician cum Production Manager - with Growth Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a strong background in ceramic engineering and expertise in Clay brick production management.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the entire clay brick production process, from raw material selection to finished product quality control.
2. Develop and implement production schedules to meet quality standards and production targets.
3. Conduct research and development activities to improve production processes and enhance product quality.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality assurance to ensure smooth operations.
5. Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and efficient production practices.
6. Monitor equipment performance and maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
7. Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Ceramic Processing Engineering Technology or Diploma in Engineering (Materials Science). 
• Proven experience in ceramic manufacturing and clay brick production management.
• Strong knowledge of ceramic materials, production techniques, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing operations.
