We’re looking for someone who thrives in partnerships, understands channel dynamics, and can drive performance through strategic partner engagement.

• Enjoy building and managing relationships with resellers, distributors, or affiliates.

• Have strong skills in partner onboarding and training.

• Can design and execute channel sales strategies.

• Take pride in helping partners succeed and hit their targets.

• Thrive in a high-energy, fast-scaling company.

• Can analyze partner sales data and recommend improvements.

• Ensure partner satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

The Right Fit Has…

• 2 to 4 years’ experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• A proven record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.

• Familiarity with fintech, digital marketplaces, or platform ecosystems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with co-marketing or partner-led promotions.

• Exposure to regional channel development.

• Data-driven decision-making skills.
