Overall, this role will be work closely in alignment with Head of Sales, Trade Marketing and Brand team. Showing strong leadership and commitment to drive Business Excellence journey through improvement of process, system, and people in his/ her areas.
- Achieve annual sales budget within assign channel by develop people and working process.
- Drive the continuous improvement of the key account management, field Force capabilities, supervise and develop direct/ non direct team towards a high-performance driven organization.
- Oversee channel forecast and channel strategy, proposing and directing the execution of programs to maximize sales volume potential to achieve business plan.
- Drive the continuous improvement and embedding of channel GTM strategies, plans, process, standards in the organization.
- Acquire market information concerning competitors, market situation and utilize information to improve sales and marketing activities.
- Provide support Head of Sales in other additional tasks as requested.
- Prepare reports, market/ performance analysis, propose and initiate business improvements as required
- Design and develop the Field Sales Force (Merchandiser) Commercial Excellence strategy including the roll-out of customer PST, common structures, policies, processes, key sales metrics, and reporting methods.
- Design and prioritize Commercial Excellence initiatives, process and activities across His/ Her areas like: Events, Launch Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, Customer Excellence and Performance Management.
- Develop a Key Accounts Management and Top Pareto Management process in His/ Her areas, including establishing commercial policy, strategic business partnership reviews.
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field.
- 7 - 10 years of sales and leadership experience in FMCG industry with special focus on personal care products, including success in Sales Force Effectiveness and Sales Training
- Strategic, analytical and systemic vision and customer focus
