Qualifications & experience
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Bahasa & English, additional languages are a plus
Tasks & responsibilities
- Review daily arrival lists to prepare for welcoming guests. Initiate communication with arriving guests through messengers and emails to provide necessary information and support.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Collect payments and deposits from guests as needed during check-in. Hand over keys to guests upon arrival and collect them during check-out.
- In person respond to guest inquiries and provide answers to their questions.
- Respond to guest inquiries received via WhatsApp, email or any other communication channels.
- Conduct check-out inspections to assess the condition of the property.
- Contact guests with future reservations to provide them with necessary information about their upcoming stay.
- Analyze payment data and track any outstanding balances.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist callers with their inquiries.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping team to prioritize room cleaning for early check-ins.
