seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

● Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications and standards.

● Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and adherence to recipes.

● Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

● Monitor food inventory levels and assist in sourcing high-quality ingredients from local vendors.

● Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety  and sanitation standards.

● Contribute creative ideas to develop and refine the café's menu offerings.

● Uphold a commitment to excellence in all culinary preparations, reflecting the café's dedication to quality.

Job Requirements:

● Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a culinary environment.

● Culinary degree or relevant certification from a culinary school is preferred.

● Knowledge of café-style cuisine and an understanding of seasonal ingredients.

● Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

● Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

● A passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and a commitment to quality.

● Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of a newly established café.

● Experience with Western cuisine and bakery would be an added advantage.
