Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or its equivalent.
• More than 5 years of experience in F&B
• Have experiences in Airlines industry would be an advantage

Tasks & responsibilities

• The Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for executing the Customer Services strategy and tactics that will improve the customer experience.
• Plan, organize, execute, monitor and review the Business Area.
• Build customer emotional loyalty allowing greater impact to overall sales and revenue.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
• Managing and directing a team of leaders consisting of Business Development and Supply Chain.
• To understand and implement Quality Management System and Food Safety Management System.
• Ensuring targeted service and performance standards are achieved or exceeded.
• Implement supply-chain and manufacturing initiatives as to ensure smooth transition and foster continuous improvement.
• Initiating Central Procurement Department to become more responsive to trends, demand and customer needs.
• Streamlining subordinates tasks in order to operate faster, be more responsive to demands, deliver efficiency, cut costs and make tendering more accessible.
