Chief Executive Officer, REIT

• Shape the REIT’s strategic direction through targeted investment opportunities and sustainable growth initiatives within the real estate sector.
  
• Drive the formation of the REIT, ensuring adherence to Malaysian REIT regulations and all relevant legal standards.
  
• Navigate market dynamics and property performance to drive strategic actions that optimize portfolio value and returns.
  
• Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with real estate investments, development projects, and property management operations.
  
• Drive financial performance by optimizing asset utilization, increasing occupancy, boosting rental growth, and maximizing yield to ensure long -term stability.
  
• Inspire stakeholders by fostering strong relationships and effectively communicating organizational performance, strategic initiatives, and growth opportunities.
  

Requirements

• Possess professional qualifications such as MBA, ACCA, or a Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Property Management, Finance, or Business Management.
  
• Possession of or eligibility to obtain Capital Market Services Representative’s License (CMSRL) -Optional.
  
• Must satisfy fit and proper criteria set by the Securities Commission Malaysia. 
  
• Extensive experience in commercial and corporate real estate, investment, or finance, with a proven track record in strategic leadership and value creation.
  
• Minimum of 15 - 20 years’ experience in REIT, with progressive leadership experience in real estate, finance, or investment management. 
  
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking.
