Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Financial Controller (FC)

Duties and Responsibilities: -

1. To develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's objectives, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
2. To provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
3. To offer strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team
4. To manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reports
5. To advise on long-term business and financial planning
6. To provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets
7. To ensure the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group
8. To establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
9. To review all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures

Requirements: -

1. Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Qualification in Accounting i.e. ACCA, CPA, CIMA etc.
2. At least 10 years of working experience in accounting and finance
3. Experience working in listed company is an advantage, but others are also encouraged to apply
4. Strong analytical with good business acumen and ability to identify key business drivers
5. Creative thinker, proactive in initiating improvement and problem solving, highly-driven and self-motivated
6. Organised, result-oriented and able to deliver on deadline with excellent time management skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as a team member
8. Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
