Chief of Operation / General Manager Job Description : Project and Events

• Liaison and monitor every event are in order with the event management companies or other 3rd parties entities.
• Liaison with corporate or individual for collaboration
• Handle the volunteers, doctors and other 3rd parties
• Work closely with CEO for preparing the sponsorship packages and keep a good relationship with existing or new sponsors

IT Management

• Able to handle the social media platform
• Managing the website and always ensure the website is up to date
• Organising the Google Shared Drive
• Updating and maintaining the Breast Cancer Patient Fund Form

Assisting the Chairwoman

• Preparing the travel for the Chairwoman such as flight tickets, accommodation, land transportation and other matters related to the travel
• Managing the Chairwoman's personal stuff including maid and driver
• Driving or accompany the Chairwoman when needed
• Work closely with the Chairwoman and always update any new information

Administrative

• Good at managing the files and save all the information into Google Shared Drive
• Managing and upkeep the office stuff, assets and equipment
• Managing the merchandise and other stuff for sale or donate

The person who are we looking for must :

• Good at IT and familiar with Macbook interface, Squarespace, Jotform and Google workspace
• Fast respond and quick action for every tasks given
• Good in communication and problem solving
• Have valid car licence and good in using Waze or Google Map
• Can work extra long hours when needed
• Fast learner, smart and able to handle the workload

Others: Working Hours:
Monday - Saturday (halfway) but might need to standby during Sunday or Public Holiday Remuneration:
Salary start from RM 7,000.00 Experience:
