Develop and drive a forward-looking technology strategy that supports the company’s long-term goals and business growth.
Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing engineering and IT team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous development.
Keep up with the latest technology trends, exploring new tools and practices to create competitive advantages and better serve customers.
Oversee the development of secure, scalable, and high-performing systems and infrastructure to support current operations and future expansion.
Partner with product managers to ensure seamless execution from concept to launch, aligning product goals with technical capabilities.
Set and manage a clear technology roadmap with defined milestones, resource planning, and timely execution.
Safeguard technology assets through robust security measures and risk management practices, ensuring data protection and compliance.
Oversee the tech budget, ensuring smart resource allocation that balances innovation, performance, and cost-efficiency.
Work closely with the leadership team (CEO, COO, etc.) to align technology initiatives with the company’s overall strategic direction.
Effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and contribute valuable insights to strategic business discussions.
