Qualifications & experience

Proven and experience full-cycle software and mobile development
Min 3-5 years of working experience.
Mandatory to have degree in Information Technology Stream
Experience in manage any team size direct reportees.

Tasks & responsibilities

Proven and experience full-cycle software and mobile development
Strong problem solving skills and ability to think-out-of-box
Primary knowledge in technical and security protocols. In-depth knowledge of software process, methodologies, and best practices. Strong understanding of programming language, coding ethics, framework and tools
Develop security strategies, processes, controls of codes, and data access and policies on how code should be written, tested and checked in with traceability
Ability to design scalable and efficient software architectures. Experience of making technological decisions that align with business goals.
Proven ability to lead and inspire technical teams. Strong managerial skills in areas such as recruitment, mentoring, and performance management.
