Cigar Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achievelong-term success.
• Develop positiverelationships with clients.
• Act as the pointof contact and handle customers' individual needs.
• Generate new business using existing and potentialcustomer networks.
• Resolve conflicts andprovide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Supervise account representatives to ensure salesincrease.
• Report on the status of accounts andtransactions.
• Set and track sales accounttargets, aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results andannual forecasts).
• Suggest actions to improvesales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales AccountManager or Sales Account Executive.
• Hands onexperience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customerexperience.
• Knowledge of CRM software and MSOffice (MS Excel in particular).
• Familiarityof sales performance metrics.
• Goodcommunication and negotiation skills.
• Anability to deliver projects and answer inquiries ontime.
• Business acumen with a problem-solvingattitude.
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degreein Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
