The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in carrying out planning, design, and preparation work before the start of the project;
• Assist the project manager to manage the entire process of civil construction, review the construction organization design and various special construction plans of the construction unit, and control the quality and progress of the project;
• Responsible for project bidding management and implementation of project budget control and progress payment confirmation;
• Assist the project manager in organizing the acceptance of each link of the project and the completion acceptance according to the project progress;
• Assist the project manager to manage the construction team and conduct on-site management;
• Responsible for solving various engineering problems and organizing special discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, chemical engineering, electrical instrumentation, and so on;
• more than 3 years of experience in architectural design and construction management, who have been responsible for the construction management of large and medium-sized projects, and who have served as owners or EPC project managers of chemical projects are preferred, and those who have experience in overseas project construction are preferred;
• Have strong planning and arrangement, team management, communication, and coordination skills;
• Proficient in using office and engineering software such as OFFICE and CAD, and have good Chinese and English expression and writing skills;
• Experience with AutoCAD;
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills, and design skills
