Civil/Structural Engineer - Urgent Role

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Team Leader/Sub-team Leaders in the performance of their duties;

• Carry out design calculations/construction report/BoQ preparation;

• Produce sketch drawings;

• Ensure compliance with project Design Criteria/ Client Brief/ Approved Concept/ relevant design standards and office standards;

• Check documentation complies with designs;

• Attend meetings;

• 0-5 years design experience with structure, drainage, water supply and road design are preferable. 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil, Geotechnical or Structural) or equivalent.

• 0-5 years civil/structure related design experiences.

• Independent and able to lead projects are preferable.

• Team player and strong communication skills.

• Able to work under stress and good attitude.

• Good knowledge with some geotechnical analysis background will be added advantage.

• Able to converse fluently in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.

• Competent in SAP2000, ETAB, ESTEEM, ProtaStructure , or other related software will be an added advantage.

Salary is negotiable for competent engineers with 5 years and above experiences.
