Penerangan Pekerjaan - Claim and Audit Administrator

Position Summary :

You are responsible to manage, review and processing claims submitted by contractors with company’s claim portal and workflow system. Ensure the claims process in time and accurate payment to contractors. In addition, your role require to ensure all audit and claim processes adhere to company’s policies and legal requirements. 

 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all claims and audit activities. Document audit findings and ensure proper storage of evidence and supporting documentation for easy retrieval of information when needed.
  • Communicate with contractors and internal departments to address and resolve issues related to claims or audit findings and clarify details. Provide clear and timely updates on the status of claims and audit processes.
  • Prepare regular reports on claims activity, audit findings, and compliance status for management and other stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in claims and audit data. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes and prevent future issues.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • To proactively identify areas for service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the Team Leader.
  • Any other duties assigned by Team Leader and management. Which include assisting other colleague or ad hoc project or assignment.

 

Key Requirements : 

  • Diploma or Degree  holder in Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in servicing industry. 
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Good Computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Conscious with details and quality.  
  • Proactive & have great sense of urgency.
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment & work well under pressure.
  • Flexible in doing extended work hours if need be. 
  • Great flexibility to undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time.
