Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Claims Administrator role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility to work from home while operating in line with Australian business hours.

Tasks

Duties

• To assist in daily operations, including task assignment, lodgement, handling email correspondence, billing, data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist in managing data in spreadsheets and reports (Microsoft Excel).
• Participate in projects and initiatives set to achieve the departmental and organization key goals.
• Communicate with internal & external parties on operation matters.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned when required.

Requirements

Knowledge & Experience

• Knowledge of motor insurance claims and operations is an advantage but not necessary.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with regional team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English).
