- The new clerk roles are to assist on Account Receivable functions.
- Preparation of Bank Guarantee (BG) lodge and withdrawal letter to bankers
- Update record on payment collections for Industrial, Residential & Commercial (NG) customers into JDE System
- Prepare debit & credit note to customers
i) Normal invoices
ii) Excess gas & surcharge invoices (Incidental / Makeup gas)
iii) Capacity charge / Unauthorized capacity charge
iv) TOP invoices - To take up intercompany transaction – debit & credit notes
- To issue receipts to walk-in customers and to collect/receive staff cash advance repayment from personnel
- Prepare payment vouchers for verification and approval
** Volume of transaction increasing – mainly from
additional chargers to customers such as excess gas,
surcharge & BG.
