Job Responsibilities

• Prepare progress claim for main contractor and subcontractor.
• Organize and manage all corresponding letter and drawing.
• Assist project manager in regards of contract issues.
• To liaise closely with purchaser prior to budget control.
• Call quotation from subcontractor prior to subcontractor selection award.
• Self-motivate and able to work independently.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Working experience at construction company will be an added advantage.
