Role Overview
We are seeking Client Acquisition Executives to support new client growth for MultiBank Group’s trading products and services. This role is focused on engaging prospective clients, responding to inbound enquiries, following up on marketing-generated leads, and supporting clients through the initial account opening and funding journey.
You will be responsible for creating a strong first impression, explaining our products and platforms clearly, and guiding prospective clients in a professional and compliant manner. This is a client acquisition role within a sales environment, with a focus on lead engagement, conversion, account activation, and service quality.
Responsibilities
• Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to warm leads and prospective clients.
• Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into registered, funded trading accounts.
• Guide prospects through account opening, verification (KYC) and their first deposit.
• Explain MultiBank Group's products, account types and platforms (MT4, MT5, MultiBank-Plus) clearly and accurately.
• Re-engage unconverted and dormant leads to maximise conversion from the pipeline.
• Hit and exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs across calls, account openings and first-time deposits.
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date, logging every interaction and pipeline stage.
• Work within the Group's sales process, compliance rules and regulatory requirements at all times.
Qualifications
• A confident, persuasive phone manner and the resilience to thrive on a high-volume sales floor.
• Genuine drive to hit targets and earn through commission.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Eligibility to work in Malaysia.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in sales from forex / CFD brokers, financial services, banking sales, insurance sales, telesales, call centres, or customer-acquisition teams.
• A track record of hitting conversion, sales or first-time-deposit targets.
• Familiarity with MT4 / MT5 or basic trading concepts.
• Additional languages are an advantage but not required.
