Job Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable portfolio, ensuring timely payments and resolving payment issues.
• Conduct outbound collection calls using established procedures to meet cash flow targets.
• Analyze customer delinquency and determine communication methods for payment facilitation.
• Actively pursue overdue balances and resolve disputes with internal partners.
• Recommend account strategies to prevent delinquencies and initiate dispute resolution processes.
• Maintain detailed collection notes and meet key performance indicators for maximum collections.
• Handle account reconciliation and maintain customer records.
• Review direct credit payments and submit remittance details to banking function.
• Establish cross-functional relationships to improve customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or minimum one year experience in Receivables or Collections preferred.
• Degree in business, Finance & Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of the Asia Customer market type.
• Knowledge of receivables/credit accounting systems and ability to interpret data for reports.
• Familiarity with business processes and organizational support structures.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
