This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining collaborative business relationships with advertisers and their agencies. As part of a small, dynamic team, you will influence strategic marketing initiatives while contributing directly to the mission of the organization. The position requires a proactive approach to sales and campaign execution, as well as a dedication to mentoring new colleagues. Your communication skills will be essential in connecting with a variety of stakeholders and delivering impactful presentations.
Accountabilities
- Establish a collaborative business relationship with domestic & international companies and their marketing agencies in Spain
- Create consultative sales presentations to demonstrate effective advertising product utilization
- Assist advertisers in building, executing, and measuring campaigns while seeking revenue growth opportunities
- Provide thought leadership by staying updated on the social media landscape and product developments
- Mentor new team members as the organization expands
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital media sales, especially in Spain
- Established relationships with marketing decision-makers at agencies and companies
- Deep understanding of performance and brand marketing, along with the online advertising industry
- Proven track record in developing and growing a book of business
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of social media trends and marketing opportunities
- Strong client-facing and commercial skills with experience in partner management and direct sales
- Agency experience, particularly with major agencies in Spain, is a plus
- Creative and collaborative mindset, with a preference for teamwork
- Passion for the company's mission
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience
