Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and assist in developing strategies to capture them.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience and service delivery.
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends to inform product development and service improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports on client engagement and business development activities.
  • Participate in client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relations, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and trading products, especially CFDs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
